2) In the second box, if a driveway/patio/walkway is being cleaned enter "1", if a single story house is to be cleaned enter "2", if a 2 story or taller building is being cleaned enter "3".
3) In the third box, if water will be provided on site (from a water hose or spigot) enter "1", if water must be transported to the site enter "5".
4) In the fourth box, if cleaning a driveway, patio, or other flat surface enter the amount of objects (basketball hoops, plant pots, lawn furniture, etc.) which will need to be moved in order to properly clean the surface. If cleaning a house or other standing structure, or if no obstacles are present enter "0".
